About

"In the Paint" comes from the basketball term "going hard in the paint," used to describe a player's passion and strength in the painted area of the court under the hoop where the most action happens.
Established in 2023 by Jim Parker, In the Paint, is a creative design agency specializing in custom high-quality interior and exterior murals, window and sign painting, fine art, sculpture, design, and fabrications.

Jim is an innovative designer and skilled fabricator. He studied art and built his skillset as a creative project leader during his own incarceration in the New Hampshire State prison, creating murals, theater productions, and music. Since then, Jim started In the Paint and began collaborating with various local organizations throughout New Hampshire to bring art and creativity to communities of all kinds. He specializes in creating programs that serve underserved populations, bringing people of different backgrounds together to create something meaningful.
